VII sells a one-time digital report for USD $2.99, tax included.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the report has been delivered.

Refunds or other appropriate remedies may be provided where:

a duplicate charge occurred;
a technical failure prevented the purchased report from being delivered;
a refund is required by applicable law.

This policy does not waive cancellation or withdrawal rights where required by applicable law, including mandatory protections that may apply to EU/EEA or UK consumers.

For refund-related questions, contact support@discovervii.com. Include your purchase date, checkout email and a receipt or payment reference if available so we can review the issue. Do not send your full card number, security code, password or recovery link. We review delivery and payment issues individually.
